Whether you are looking for contemporary or traditional furniture, our acclaimed designs can be made for indoor and outdoor use.
Thank you for choosing a Le Forge product...
Each piece is individually made by our own craftspeople from steel and wire and then hand finished to achieve the distinctive Le Forge look. Our unique designs and finishes are part of the Le Forge appeal requiring care to keep and protect their appearance.
Our staff can advise on which product and finish is suitable for your needs.
A galvanised finish is required for furniture to be used outdoors. We recommend the application of Penetrol (available in selected hardware stores) as required to maintain and protect the finish
To inhibit rust on our polished steel, we use and recommend Penetrol to be applied as often as appropriate to your location, more often if near sea and salt conditions. Our 'rust' finish (special order) does require maintenance, which we advise and discuss at time of the time of purchase.
Tin furniture and products are not to be left outdoors and should be kept dry and used indoors only.
Le Forge is not responsible for the condition of furniture that has had inappropriate use.
As each product is handmade, sizes and finishes may vary slightly.
Once furniture has been purchased the client is responsible for protection to flooring, rugs etc.
Depending on usage, products with paint finishes applied to them (galvanised, faux rust, cream, French green etc) may have paint chipping occur - we can advise on touch up information, if required.
Marble/Glass Table Tops
Le Forge table bases are available with or without table tops.
We supply 20mm 2nd level marble which may have imperfections but our competitive buying price is passed on to our clients.
We supply 12mm clear float glass, with a polished edge. We can obtain a quote for other special glass requirements, if needed.
Our antiques and original pieces are sold in "as is", "one off" condition. As with all furniture, antique and timber items require appropriate care - further information may need to be checked with a relevant specialist or restoration company. Le Forge take no further responsibility after purchase.
